That number is a little high...I know many, many small businesses that could not survive if they had to increase their wage allotments 25 percent.
I am defintely not an economist. Perhaps it is. Alas, I think the government should be subsidizing a lot more. Perhaps ten is a bit high, however, I know that $5.15 is too low.
