Questionable Mexican Election Results

I wonder how much Bush and Co have figured into the outcome of the Mexican presidential elections? I am sure they definitely do not want a Latin country, just south of the U.S. border to become leftist and in league with Venezuela and Cuba. Hmm... Oh this wicked country and its machinations.
