Did Charlie Rangel's District Go For Obama?
In the link above, John Nichols reports on concerns about voting irregularities in the New York Congressional District that contains Harlem. Nichol's reports that at some voting precincts, Obama recieved zero votes. This does not happen in elections. People should definitely keep their eye on this one.
