Dual Transition

Judge Vanetta Penn McPherson, a local retired judge in Montgomery, Alabama, wrote a magnificent editorial in the Montgomery Advertiser today entitled, "Dual Transition." It intones the direction and the determination that is needed for the city of Montgomery,the state of Alabama, and the South as a whole to move forward.
